Anzan Atitlán is one of the most magical and intimate locations with embellished views of three majestic volcanoes, located on the shores of Lake Atitlán.
Farm-to-Anzan Table is located and harvested in the restaurant’s own garden where produce varieties are organically farmed all year round, involving local communities to create a refined dining and cultural experience

For your finished book we will:
Professionally edit and proof your book
Design an attention-grabbing book cover
Layout and design the interior of the book and prepare it for print and ebook distribution
Publish your book with Cranberry Press, this is optional based on your price selection
Fresh, gourmet, daily harvested, organic food, prepared on a personalized dietary plan focused on cognitive performance for your writing.
Room and board with lake view and personal space on private property
What a day in our retreat looks like
Monday to Friday
7:00 – optional morning meditation
7:30 – 8:30 yoga
9:00 – optional breakfast
9:00 – 13:00 writing
13:00 – 13:30 lunch
13:30 – 18:00 writing
18:00 – 19:00 dinner
19:00 – discussions and free time
Weekends

There are eight private rooms, suitable for couples, singles, or two friends who choose to share a room
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure a room
Total payment is due eight weeks before the retreat
Full payment will be refunded (minus $500 administrative fees) if cancellation is no later than eight weeks in advance

$7,500 One-week stay, with editing, design, and publishing of your book
$10,000 Four-week stay, without publishing your book
$12,500 Four-week stay, with editing, design, and publishing of your book
Optional second book with editing and design, additional $5,000
At the end of this retreat, you will have written your book
